URGENT: 6-8 Life and Earth Science Access Issue

If you are having trouble accessing the 6-8 Life and Earth Science Modules, you may need to perform a hard refresh to resolve the issue.

To do this:

  1. Go to the login on the mySci partners website: https://myscipartners.com/login/. Check to make sure you are on that exact site address (and not routed to a previously cached address).
  2. Complete the following command, based on the computer you are using:
    • Mac: CMD + Shift + R
    • PC: CTRL + Shift + R

If they’re still seeing the issue after that, it’s likely a network or district-level issue. In those cases, school networks (or filtering tools) can sometimes retain older versions of the site and continue serving them even after updates are pushed.

If you continue to experience the problem, reach out to the IT team and ask them to:

    • Clear or bypass any cached versions of the site on their network
    • Check for any filtering or proxy systems that may be serving outdated content
